Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender* until fully combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 1-2 weeks.**

Notes

*You can mix this dressing by hand, but you won't get the same thick, creamy consistency. It's much better mixed in a blender!

**Dressings made with olive oil will harden in the refrigerator. It will liquify again if you simply set out your dressing to come to room temperature before a meal or place the jar in a bowl of warm water.
