25 Recipes for Homemade Salad Dressing

I’m not exaggerating when I say that we’ve made a batch of the Everyone Loves This Vinaigrette every single week for the last few years. But I’m always looking for new dressings to drizzle on my salads. I often have a little jar or two of something tucked in the fridge, and those jars motivate me to build myself big salads for lunch or dinner. Homemade dressings taste so much fresher than the bottled kind–and you skip the preservatives and artificial ingredients that can be included in store-bought versions too. I rounded up 25 recipes for homemade salad dressing, including a few of my own. Whether you’re looking for a zesty vinaigrette or a creamier dressing, you’ll find some great ideas here! Just click on a photo below to get the recipe.
