These three healthy Halloween snacks are quick and easy to make, fun for class parties, and feature fresh apples and pears.
Believe me when I say that I’m not the Fun Police.
My kids go Trick or Treating and eat as much as they want when they get home with their haul–then broker trade deals, reserve a pile for the Switch Witch, and go to bed with a tummy aches. After that, they manage their own stash, eating a little bit every day until it’s gone or forgotten.

But because Halloween is such a sugar fest, I like coming up with healthy party foods. I had so much fun partnering with Stemilt Growers on these three ideas: Apple Mummies, Mini Monster Sammies, and Green Goblin Smoothies. And I put together a cute stop-motion video showing you how to make them. Get all the details and watch the video over on their blog, The Stem.
