Healthy Halloween snack: Boo-Berry Snack Balls

Thanks to Wild Blueberries for sponsoring this post!

I’ve got a thing for eyeballs this Halloween. Because little eyeballs can transform something ordinary into a fun treat for kids.

This week I posted an idea for Mummy and Monster Apples. Today I’m sharing these Spooky Wild Blueberry Boo-Berry Snack Balls, a healthy Halloween snack I developed for Wild Blueberries. They’re simply no-bake snack balls–but a pair of candy eyeballs transforms them into a silly Halloween idea for parties and lunch boxes.

Frozen Wild Blueberries give them a deep purple hue, loads of good nutrition, and lots of natural sweetness. Get the complete recipe for Spooky Wild Blueberry Boo-Berry Snack Balls over at the Wild Blueberries blog.
