I’m a registered dietitian, author, and mom.

In 2014, I collaborated with Cooking Light on Dinnertime Survival Guide, a cookbook for busy families.
I received my master’s degree in dietetics from The Ohio State University and have served as adjunct faculty at Otterbein University and Ohio University Lancaster.
I live in Columbus Ohio with my husband and two young boys, one of whom likes meat and starch, and one of whom likes veggies, so at least together, they eat a balanced meal.
