Fruit infused water is such a light, refreshing solution. You can flavor water without adding a bunch of calories and sugar. And though you can buy bottled fruit water, making your own is simple. In my new post for Inspired Home, I researched the do’s and don’ts for making homemade fruit infused water and learned a lot. Did you know that you should always peel your citrus first because the rind can make your water bitter? There’s also a limit to how long you should keep fruit infused waters before they start to spoil.
